We’re looking for talented professional to set-up and grow our new end-point assessment service. This is an exciting time for LEIA as we move towards becoming the first-choice end-point assessor for lift and escalator industry apprenticeships.
This is a brand new role, which you will shape and develop, and you’ll be instrumental in launching and running this new division of the business. You’ll work directly with the managing director to design and implement the EPA business strategy, ensure compliance with Ofqual and ESFA and promote the service. You’ll devise the strategy, manage implementation and the ongoing development of the project.
It’s a diverse and varied role; covering compliance through to developing relationships with training providers, stakeholders and employers as well as managing contracts and writing bids and tenders.
This is a great opportunity for the right person to make their mark on this new area of our business and work with our small and supportive team.
We’re looking for someone ideally with relevant experience gained in an EpAO or in an apprenticeship training provider in a related sector. You will need to be able to demonstrate the capabilities to succeed in this role and a strong commitment to apprentices in our industry. If you would like to know more, contact Nick Mellor for an informal chat and please feel free to share with your networks.
